Who We Are

The STL Shidduch Initiative is a community-based initiative created in August of 2023 to help STL singles and their families successfully navigate the ever changing experience of shidduch dating in the most positive, respectful and supportive way possible.

 

What We Do

​

​Our mission is to advocate for and serve as a comprehensive resource for singles in the St. Louis community. We focus on networking, creating connections, facilitating dating opportunities, and offering educational and inspirational experiences while enhancing communal awareness. Since our launch in August 2023, with tremendous siyatta dishmaya and support from the community, the St. Louis Shidduch Initiative has seen remarkable growth in its ability to support and enrich the lives of singles in St. Louis.

 

Through our dedicated efforts, we have hosted inspirational and educational events featuring esteemed speakers such as Rav Aharon Feldman, Rabbi Dovid Ashear, Rabbi Yaakov Bender, Rebbetzin Aviva Feiner, Rebbetzin Heller-Gottlieb, Mrs. Rochel Goldbaum, Rebbetzin Tehila Jaeger, and many others.

 

Additionally, we have established connections and networks with Shidduch Initiatives and shadchanim from many cities nationwide, including Lakewood, Miami, Detroit, Houston, Passaic, Los Angeles, the 5 Towns, Baltimore, Toronto, Queens, Minneapolis, Waterbury, Dallas, Cleveland, Chicago, Boston and Denver.
